HDB Ceiling: Typical HDB Ceiling is around 2.3m to 2.5m tall. Over here you can find one suitable for your venue! Condo Function Rooms: Please check with your condominium’s management before renting our bouncy castle. A comfortable height would be more than 2.8m.

Delivery within the standard areas are included in the prices for the rental. Set-up and Tear-down is included as well.
Non-standard areas are Tuas, Sentosa and Jurong Island areas. There will be a surcharge of $50.
Same-Day and Late Night
Same-day booking: $50 Collection after 8pm: $30
This helps us reward our delivery heroes who drops everything to make sure your event goes on smoothly.
Cleaning
Surcharge of $50 if the castle is dirty and require thorough cleaning.This typically are food stains and face-painting stains.

Additional Charges
You may want more balls for the ball pits, prizes for the Gashapon machines or have the flexibility to extend a few hours.

I rented two cooler fans for Hari Raya gathering. Items were delivered promptly and installed accordingly. The delivery guys were helpful with positioning them coolers. One was found to be faulty after awhile with leakage. Informed Growerks, they replied immediately, guiding me thru about troubleshooting. After still being faulty, they went on to get it replaced. Though it was on a weekend, everything was done very efficiently and professionally, with them stating customer service and experience is the upmost important for them. Customer service on my end was excellent! Will definitely rent again in the future.

I found Growerks after speaking to multiple vendors (my Gemini recommended Growerks as a family friendly rental). Best decision ever. From the first text interaction they were warm, responsive, accommodating and flexible.
For me a really important part of booking services for my child's birthday is the feel good factor because it's important that the vibes are positive and good. Growerks is all that and then some more.
Not once did they oversell their services, the ball pit they bought was STUNNING. I even rented chairs and tables for the kids and they were amazing. And I just loved their attitude. They were not pushy and rude like other vendors and their customer service is OUTSTANDING.
Book them. I guarantee you, you will book them over and over again.
P.S. I do not usually leave Google reviews, let alone glowing ones, but I think this business truly deserves to be called out for being one in a million in SG.

The best team in the game. We were looking for different companies to rent bouncy castle from and all of them either replied slow or were very expensive. Growerks replied within 10 minutes from my message, rented us a castle for $200+ for four hours, set it up in dismantled it right on time with no hustle. We were very happy with the service!
